Polyurethane products manufacturer
We are a manufacturer of polyurethane products with a wide range of applications that work well in many industrial sectors. Polyurethane elastomers are used in the production of automobiles and automotive components, machine components, or in the chemical industry. Immediately after application to a given surface, they form a homogeneous coating. Due to their natural properties and origin, they are often compared to rubbers, over which, however, they have advantages, such as better technical performance.
We also offer polyurethane components that meet all the conditions to successfully compete with conventional engineering plastics in many applications.
Polyurethane elastomer products – applications
Parts made of polyurethane elastomers are used as replacement parts for machinery and equipment exposed to mechanical damage, friction and scratches. They perform much better than rubber, ceramic or other competing materials, and have additional advantages, if only in the form of better aesthetic qualities.
In addition, in recent years they have been widely used as protective coatings for components made of plastic, metal or concrete. Thanks to their resistance to damage and natural elasticity, they are not subject to permanent deformation, and in the event of an impact their structure ensures that the energy is distributed evenly over the entire surface. In addition, elements whose main component is polyurethane elastomers show extraordinary resistance to chemical and atmospheric agents.
The use of such plastics, coatings and substances also by the medical and food processing industries, guarantees that they are completely safe for health. In addition, polyurethane elastomers, unlike many competing materials made of plastics, show inertness to the environment, so they do not affect its degradation.
In many industries and manufacturing, polyurethane elastomers are also valued for their high tolerance to extremely low as well as high temperatures. Compared to other materials characterized by elasticity, such as rubbers or rubbers, elastomers do not melt and are not permanently deformed by intense sunlight. Also, intense frost is unable to disturb their hard and uniform structure.
In recent years there has been a growing trend toward the use of polyurethane elastomers in many new industries. An increasing number of footwear or apparel manufacturers are reaching for them.
